Trusted Provider Code of Conduct

All RSAG-accredited remote support providers must adhere to the following Code of Conduct:

1. Professionalism - Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and respect in all interactions with clients.
2. Transparency - Clearly communicate services, pricing, and policies to clients, ensuring they understand what to expect.
3. Consent - Obtain explicit consent before accessing, modifying, or sharing any client data or system.
4. Confidentiality - Protect client privacy and confidentiality, using data only for its intended purpose and securely disposing of it when no longer needed.
5. Security - Implement robust security measures to safeguard client systems and data from unauthorized access or breaches.
6. Competence - Maintain and continuously improve technical skills to provide high-quality support.
7. Honesty - Be truthful in all communications, never misleading clients or misrepresenting capabilities.
8. Fairness - Charge fair, competitive prices for services rendered, without engaging in deceptive or predatory practices.
9. Accountability - Take responsibility for actions and decisions, promptly addressing any client concerns or complaints.
10. Non-Discrimination - Provide equal, unbiased service to all clients, regardless of race, gender, age, religion, or other protected characteristics.

By upholding these principles, RSAG-accredited providers demonstrate their commitment to delivering trustworthy, ethical remote support services.
